JAYCO'S JAYPLUS ROAD HAZARD TIRE & WHEEL PROTECTION Protect your camper trailer with a JayPlus Road Hazard Tire Protection plan. When purchased in conjunction with the JayPlus Extended Service Agreement, the Road Hazard Tire Protection will cover the tires and wheels of your camper and the vehicle towing you camper for the length of your Service Agreement.

| FLAT TIRES | |||

You will be reimbursed for the charges incurred to repair a flat tire caused by
a road hazard. This benefit is extended to the Tow Vehicle or Towed Vehicle.

| TIRE REPLACEMENT | |||
|
You will be reimbursed for the costs incurred to replace a tire if your tire
becomes unrepairable due to a road hazard. This benefit is extended to the Tow
Vehicle or Towed Vehicle.

| WHEELS (RIMS) | |||
|
You will be reimbursed for the repair or replacement of wheels rendered
unserviceable due to a road hazard. This benefit is extended to the Tow Vehicle
or Towed Vehicle.

| MOUNTING AND BALANCING | |||
|
You will be reimbursed for the cost of mounting, balancing and valve stems.
|
|||
| TAXES | |||
|
You will be reimbursed for the cost of local and state taxes, as directed by
state agencies.
