This is a used 1996 Park Avenue Electra 31 RKSS fifth wheel camper. This camper is approximately 31 feet long and has a private bedroom suite in the front. There is a luxurious bathroom on the mid-deck over the storage area. In the main area of the coach is a large sofa and dinette slideout that adds an additional 36" of room to the inside. In the back is a rear corner kitchen with a large refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, sink and lots of storage. There is sleeping room for 6 people and the interior has a nice blue color.

Not only does this camper have a great layout, there are all the amenities you would want in your home away from home. The furnace operates from a wall mounted thermostat and behaves just like the one at home. Turn the thermostat on and set your temperature and the furnace does the rest. The rooftop air conditioner also runs off the thermostat, again, just like home. Your comfort is also assured with the easy to operate water heater which provides ample hot water for morning showers. 

On the outside, you will like the ease of connection with the power landing legs in the front. In the back are two manual stabilizer jacks that help level the trailer when in use. There is a large patio awning that will come in handy on both sunny and rainy days. There is also a very nice storage area accessible from the outside that is located in the area beneath the bathroom. This will hold all of your cargo.

Notice that this camper has been re-sided on the front driver's side. A gust of wind took the old siding. It has been replaced with new fiberglass and is ready to go.
